Shipping

The shipping costs are determined base on the weight of the order, expected shipping costs can be seen in the shipping simulator that is located in the bottom of the cart page (after adding a product to the cart). Any delivery delay that is caused by customs, border control, natural disaster, strikes, holiday season or severe weather are not in our responsibility.

Free Shipping - USA

Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping.

Conditions:

• Available for U.S. shipping only.
• Limited to packages weighing up to 4 kg.
• Applies to standard shipping only.
• Processing time: Up to 5 business days.
• Estimated shipping time: 8–19 business days.
• Cannot be combined with additional discount codes.
• Free shipping must be activated by entering the code at checkout.
• Excluding tax and shipping costs

Discounted Shipping - USA

Orders between $120 and $150 qualify for discounted shipping at a rate of $15.

Conditions:

• Limited to packages weighing up to 4 kg.
• Processing time: Up to 5 business days.
• Estimated shipping time: 8–19 business days.
• Available for U.S. shipping only.
• Excluding tax and shipping costs

Processing Time

Once we have verified your payment method and accepted your order we will process your order within 5 business days. It may take longer if you made your order over the weekend or on holidays.

Economy Airmail - Handling time is up to 5 business days

Return policy:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

1. Unopened.
2. In it's original packaging. 

Open items, or any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery will not be exchanged.

If you want to exchange the Items you bought, and it is not defective or damaged you will be responsible for paying shipping costs for the returning of the item and sending it back to you.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, Some items might have restocking fees.

If the product arrives defective or damaged please contact us at service@pashoshim.com. Note: do not send the product back before connecting as.

The item will be exchange for the same item.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Taxes

All prices do NOT include any kind of taxes and/or duty. It is the customer's responsibility to know if he should pay tax to release the package. For more information you can contact your local costume office.
