The shipping costs are determined base on the weight of the order, expected shipping costs can be seen in the shipping simulator that is located in the bottom of the cart page (after adding a product to the cart). Any delivery delay that is caused by costume, border control, natural disaster, strikes, holiday season or severe weather are not in our responsibility.
Once we have verified your payment method and accepted your order we will process your order within 72 hours. It may take longer if you made your order over the weekend or on holidays.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Open items, or any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery will not be exchanged.
